Volunteers needed for aquatic bug sampling
  Come join us on Sunday, June 4th from 2:00 PM. to 6 PM at Camp Tawingo for a fun morning of identifying and sorting aquatic bugs for an important lake quality monitoring program.  Led by a biotech from the District of Muskoka, you will learn how aquatic bugs are an important indicator of lake health.  All equipment is provided.  Please confirm your attendance by emailing Gwen Norkus at gwen.norkus@me.com.

Snails in Pails events - Volunteers needed
Please join us for two Snails in Pails events this summer:  Monday, July 3rd and Monday, August 14th from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. at 161 Lighthouse Point Road.  We will be sharing information about this invasive species and will be removing as many snails as possible from this area of shallow water.  Please bring your own mask and snorkel and wetsuit, if possible.  Nets and buckets will be provided.
