Online LVA Membership Payment - Step 1 of 2
Hello LVA Member,
If you are paying your annual dues or paying for the first time please use this form.
The first step below (STEP 1) will collect basic details and then STEP 2 will be the PayPal page to pay using your credit card. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.
STEP 1 is to collect your Lake Vernon cottage address and STEP 2 is to record your permanent home address and payment details. When completing STEP 1 please submit BOTH family head names.
If you would like to pay with a cheque, then please use the MEMBERSHIP FORM at the left (click the red icon).
